RULES & TIPS
- Free entry for children until 12 years old.
- We love dogs, but unfortunately they won’t be allowed for safety reasons.
- We will have a shuttle to go and come back from Termas de São Pedro do Sul (TBA).
- If you have a daily ticket and you go in and out of the festival venue you won't be allowed to come back again.
- Do not throw trash or cigarette butts on the floor.
- Bring your pocket ashtray!
- Bring something warm because after the sun goes down you may need it...
- The event will take place in nature so please be respectful and caring about our common Mother.
- All participants are part of our community, people who we believe we can trust. Let’s keep this place safe for all of us!
- If you ever feel unsafe or you notice something in your surrounding that makes you feel uncomfortable, molested, or unsafe, please contact the organization immediately.

Retiro da Fraguinha – find us on google maps
1-hour drive from Porto, a 3-hour drive from Lisbon, and a 5-hour drive from Madrid.

JUNE 22- Doors open at 7 pm for some DJ sets for the first night.
JUNE 23 24 25 – The healing program starts at 8 am and the Music program ends at 6 am.
Payment options
We fight for a better environment, looking for solutions to reduce waste and especially plastic. We have decided to take action by giving you a cashless experience.
At the festival, you can pay using your credit/debit card or cash for wristband recharges.
The cashless system only refers to bars and food trucks.

Do you sell tickets at the door?
Tickets are exclusively sold online. To purchase tickets online please go to the ticket section
Can I come and leave or re-enter the festival as I, please?
Entry and exit on the same day is not allowed.
If you have a single-day ticket, you can only enter and leave the festival once. Once you’re in, you’re in, once you’re out, you’re out. Exceptional situations will be taken into consideration.
Do I have to print my ticket?
Your ticket will be scanned at the entrance. Please note that the venue’s network connection may be very limited, please download the ticket to your phone or print the readable barcode.

Are tents and RVs allowed in the same Campground?
There will be a separate area designated exclusively for Camper/RV/Vans.
Are there showers?
Yes, showers will be free of charge.
Is the Camping and Festival in the same Area?
No, but everything is super close and each accommodation option has exclusive toilets. Glamping will be the only option to sleep inside the festival venue.
Can I drive my car to the bring your tent area to drop off my camping gear?
Yes, that area will be next to the parking lot. For the glamping area, you will need to carry out your stuff to the entrance, don´t worry, it´s a 3 min walk.
Is the Camping and Festival in the same Area?
No, but everything is super close and each accommodation option has exclusive toilets. Glamping will be the only option to sleep inside the festival venue.
Can I put my tent or RV anywhere I want?
For security reasons, you are only allowed to set up your tent or park your car where indicated.
Can I bring my own food/drinks to the camping area?
No, it is not allowed to bring your own food and drinks to the festival site or to the campsite. We are organizing an intimate festival.
We will have affordable, healthy, and nutritious options.
Is it allowed to make an open fire?
No, For security reasons, it is not allowed to have open fires anywhere.
Is running water available at the campsite?
YES.
Is there silence to sleep at night?
We cannot guarantee a quiet area at the camping or glamping area, so please bring earplugs. We stop the music at 6 am.
Are there shaded areas in the camping area?
Yes, there are.
Food & Drinks
Can I bring my own food and/or drinks?
No, it is not allowed to bring your own food and drinks. We are investing a lot to create an intimate festival for only 1500 people with spectacular artists and activities. It´s super important to have your cooperation and support in following the rules.
Do you have free water solutions at the festival?
Yes, you can refill your bottle/glass with tap water. Stay hydrated during the festival.
What is the price of food and drinks on-site?
